Accomodation

We negotiated lower prices with 4 hotels in the city centre of Ghent. Each hotel is less than 300 metres from the conference location. All prices defined below are valid from Tuesday 18th of October until Thursday 20th of October (exit on Friday). Breakfast is already included in those prices. We blocked a fixed set of rooms in each of these hotels. The table also lists the ultimate blocking date. So, it is better to make a reservation before that date. You will receive a reservation code and further booking details for each of these hotels after successful subscription to the conference. Note that it is not mandatory to book in one of those hotels.
